The list applies to all actors, whatever the individual request or context. ## Substance-related businesses - Cannabis and marijuana products, such as CBD and THC items, vaping devices and dispensaries. Many regions still regulate these products by law. - Alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products, such as cigarettes, vapes and nicotine pouches. This is for public health reasons. ## Adult content and services - Escort services, prostitution, human trafficking, or any adult platform, such as OnlyFans, AdultFriendFinder and similar services. - Brands that promote adult toys, provocative lingerie or other intimate products. This follows invideo's family-friendly policy. - Intimate hygiene products, sexual wellness supplements, menstrual products, fake medical claims such as unapproved cures or organ enhancement treatments, and condoms, contraceptives or lubricants that the FDA or the relevant authority has not approved. ## Gambling and financial risk - Gambling services, such as casinos, sports betting and online gambling platforms. - Cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses, such as crypto exchanges, NFTs and mining. This is because the regulations for them are uncertain. - Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, unregulated investment pitches, financial services that the SEC has not approved, Ponzi schemes, and any form of financial fraud or identity theft. ## Political and government topics - Political endorsements, criticism or commentary on any candidate or political party in any country. - Hate speech, misinformation or propaganda about political events or political figures. ## Violence, terrorism and weapons - Support for or opposition to any current or historical war. - Mentions of terrorism or known terrorist organizations, and promotion of weapons, firearms or gun laws. ## Discrimination and hate speech - Any form of hate speech.
