To delay the voiceover, add **(gap: Xs)** to your script. Replace X with the number of seconds you want the voiceover to wait.
## Add a gap from the Script section
1. Click **Edit**, then **Script**.
2. Type **(gap: Xs)** between the chapters where you want the pause.
3. Click **Save changes**.
## Remove a gap with the Magic Box
Type one of these commands in the Magic Box:
- **Remove all (gap) from the video.** This removes every gap.
- **Remove (gap: 3s) from all chapters.** This removes only the gaps of that length.
A video opens in Theatre mode in invideo AI. Click **Edit & Download** to leave Theatre mode. The Magic Box then shows below the video.
## Play only media and music during a gap
Add a gap between lines or chapters when you want only the media and the music to play. You can also [add a new line between sentences](/invideo-ai/how-can-i-split-a-line-add-a-new-line-or-merge-2-lines-in-my-script) and put the gap there.
