title: How to create a first cut from raw footage in invideo Editor
description: Ask Agent Two to assemble your footage into an editable first cut, then refine it on the timeline.
---
Agent Two, the agent in invideo Editor, reviews your footage and assembles a first cut. You can provide a script or describe the sequence you want, then adjust the resulting clips yourself.

1. Open invideo Editor and upload your footage through **Media**.
2. Give the agent your brief and any script or references.
3. Describe the desired length, opening, ending and details to preserve.
4. Review the cut in the **Monitor** and on the timeline.
5. Trim or rearrange clips manually, or request a specific revision.

**Example:**

*“Create a 60-second first cut from these interview clips. Keep the answers in order, remove false starts and finish with the product demonstration.”*

Your own trims and edits on the timeline are free. Agent Two's work and the media it makes use credits. An outside agent edits for free and pays only for generation, transcripts and paid stock. An outside agent's own chat, such as Claude or ChatGPT, runs on that app's plan. See [Credits](/account/credits).
