Clear the **Hide protected tracks** setting. When it is on, protected tracks do not show on the timeline.

1. Open **Settings** at the top right of the editor.
2. Find the **Timeline** section.
3. Clear the **Hide protected tracks** checkbox.

The protected tracks show on the timeline again.
