title: Refunds: how to request one and what's covered
description: When an invideo plan can be refunded, how to ask for a refund, and what to do if you paid through the App Store.
---
invideo reviews each refund request on its own and decides at its own discretion. Read the refunds section of the terms and conditions too.

## What qualifies for a refund

A refund is possible only within the refund window after the first purchase or a renewal, and only if you have not used the plan. The terms state the window.

A plan counts as used if anything was generated or downloaded in the current billing period. A used plan cannot get a refund. You can **[cancel](/billing/how-can-i-cancel-my-subscription)** at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.

## How to submit a request

Email support@invideo.io with your account details and the reason for the request. invideo replies by email. invideo processes an approved refund at once. Your bank can take several business days to show it.

If you paid through Google Play, start with support@invideo.io too. See [Refunds and cancellation](/account/refunds).
