title: What types of avatars does invideo offer?
description: invideo AI offers avatar clones of yourself, human actors and virtual actors.
---
invideo offers different types of avatars for different videos.
## Avatar clones
Create a digital version of yourself with one of these options:
- **Create pro avatar**
- **Create free avatar**
## Human actors
Human actors are based on real people. Their digital clones are in the library. They make your videos feel more authentic. Use them when you want a real human face to promote or advertise your product.
## Virtual actors
Virtual actors are AI-generated. They are not based on real people. Like human actors, they work best in the UGC ad workflow. They give you more freedom in style and customization.
- **Free virtual actors:**
- **Pro virtual actors**, with an active plan:
Videos with Pro human or virtual actors use credits. See [invideo plans and credits](/credits-and-plans/invideo-plans-and-credits-everything-you-need-to-know) and how credits work.
Some content is not allowed with any actor, your own or one from the library. See the [avatar content policy](/rights/what-content-topics-are-blacklisted-for-all-avatar-actors).
