You can change the speed of the avatar's voice. You cannot change its tone.

1. Click **Edit**, then **Script**.

2. Click the avatar's name. The **Change speed to** option appears.

3. Pick a speed from the range the product shows.

A change to the speed changes the length of the video, and that affects your credits. When the video gets longer, invideo AI adds more media so no scene is blank. This media uses credits. See <a href="https://invideo.io/help/billing/how-do-credits-work/" target="_blank">how credits work</a>.
