title: How do I let Claude upload my files to invideo?
description: Allow m.invideo.io in Claude's settings once, so Claude can bring the images and videos you attach to a chat into your invideo project.
---
To let Claude add the images and videos you attach in a chat to your invideo project, allow m.invideo.io in Claude's settings. You do this once.

## Allow m.invideo.io in Claude

Follow these steps in Claude on the web or the desktop app.

1. In Claude, open **Settings**, then **Capabilities**. The direct link is claude.ai/settings/capabilities.
2. Check that **Create and edit files** is on, and under it, that **Use the internet while making files** is on.
3. Next to **Allowed websites**, click **Manage**.

4. In the **Add a website** box, type m.invideo.io and click **Add**. m.invideo.io appears in the list under the box.

5. Start a new chat with invideo turned on, attach the images or videos, and ask Claude to add them to your invideo project. Each file shows in the project's Media panel when its upload ends.

## If something goes wrong

Check these if your files still do not reach invideo.

| Symptom | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| Claude says it cannot upload your files to invideo | Allow m.invideo.io as in the steps above, then attach the files in a new chat. |
| You cannot change Claude's settings | Your Claude account belongs to an organization. Ask an organization owner. |

## Add files without this setting

You can also add files without changing anything in Claude. Open the project in invideo and drag the files into its Media panel. Then name the files in the chat, and Claude uses them by name.
